About The Position

HII Mission Technologies is currently seeking an Integration Analyst to support our work at Beale AFB, CA. The Mission Planning Cell (MPC) and the broader U‑2 enterprise rely on advanced integration, future‑focused capability development, and cross‑agency collaboration to support the Air Force’s Air Superiority 2030 vision. Your expertise helps shape the next generation of ISR, C2, and multi‑domain operations. Requirements

  • 5 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 3 years relevant experience with Masters in related field; 0 years experience with PhD or Juris Doctorate in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 9 years relevant experience.
  • Experience with U‑2 Command & Control (C2) capabilities across multiple AORs
  • Experience with Multi‑Domain Command and Control (MDC2), Cross‑Domain solutions, and Open Mission Systems (OMS)
  • Experience with C2/ISR sensors and fused intelligence products
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with scheduling, budgeting, and reporting
  • Experience evaluating OMS compliance for existing and developmental sensors
  • Experience with net‑centric AF ISR enterprise capabilities
  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • Must be able to obtain a US Passport

  • Advanced degree in a technical field
  • Ability to interface with OUSDI, MDA, UCI, AFLCMC contractors, and other national‑level stakeholders
  • Experience developing engineering, technology, and reliability recommendations

Responsibilities

  • Support development of future MPC requirements, including operational and R&D efforts
  • Coordinate with MDA, HAF/A2, AFLCMC, AFRL, CMCC, and other agencies to align ISR and C2 modernization
  • Lead technical working groups and author detailed engagement plans
  • Assess future mission requirements, threats, and emerging technologies
  • Evaluate how existing U‑2 C2 capabilities transition to Open Mission Systems (OMS)
  • Analyze impacts on reliability, maintainability, and MDC2 interfaces
  • Determine how additional C2/ISR sensors and products can be fused to enhance U‑2 AOR operations
  • Conduct research and evaluations of OMS compliance for existing and developmental sensors
  • Review software components, specifications, and technical documentation from OUSDI, MDA, UCI, and AFLCMC contractors
  • Recommend engineering, technology, and reliability enhancements for the U‑2 weapon system
  • Support development of net‑centric AF ISR enterprise capabilities
  • Provide program, technical, and administrative support for project oversight
  • Conduct scheduling, budgeting, and reporting to ensure execution within cost and schedule
  • Establish integrated program schedules, engineering reviews, and Technical Exchange Meetings (TEM)
  • Participate in COCOM AOR maintainability/reliability studies
  • Measure technical performance of sensors during ISR experimentation
  • Support CAF integration of ISR capabilities into Joint and IC frameworks
  • Research and analyze processes for obtaining IATT and ATO approvals
  • Develop written guidance for MPC IA compliance and continuity
  • Ensure adherence to DoD and Air Force security policies, including intrusion detection and reporting
  • Research contracting vehicles relevant to MPC lines of effort
  • Build a repository of available vehicles and methods to support future objectives
