About The Position

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a mission-critical program by ensuring the reliability and performance of globally distributed systems supporting national defense operations. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Integrated Test Engineer for the Ground Management and Integration (GMI) program will play a key role in ensuring the reliability and performance of complex systems supporting space-based missile tracking capabilities. This position involves devising and implementing testing plans, methods, and equipment to validate system functionality and compliance with design specifications. The engineer will design, develop, and execute testing methods, compile data, and identify necessary changes to testing equipment, procedures, or processes. Responsibilities include consulting with development and requirements teams to coordinate and test applications, performing analysis and diagnostics of products and systems, and conducting preliminary evaluations. The engineer will develop comprehensive testing procedures, test plans, scripts, scenarios, and functional and regression tests, ensuring all test activities align with established processes. Additionally, the role involves producing detailed reports on test activities, tracking test metrics, and monitoring for continuous improvement in testing processes. The engineer will also provide periodic updates to management on test progress and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in testing, diagnostics, and evaluation of systems or products.
  • Active Top Secret (TS) clearance is required.
