Reporting to the Chief Talent Officer (CTO) of GE Aerospace, the Integrated Talent Leader will work closely with the Defense & Systems CEO and HR leader to build an inclusive and modern talent operating system that enables the business to acquire, develop, engage and ultimately retain the best talent for today and tomorrow. As a member of the GE Aerospace Global Talent Organization Leadership Team, the Integrated Talent Leader will also support the CTO in creating a world class integrated talent management strategy and operating system for GE Aerospace. GE Aerospace Defense & Systems is structured around four main divisions, each specializing in key areas of aerospace technology and innovation: • Defense Engines & Services: Renowned for their iconic engines like the T700 turboshaft and the F110 jet engine, this division excels in providing unmatched speed, power, fuel efficiency, and reduced maintenance costs. Their engines power a diverse array of military aircraft, ranging from bombers and fighter jets to helicopters, transport planes, and naval surface ships. • Edison Works: Dedicated to the research, development, and production of advanced military solutions. This division has full responsibility for strategy, innovation, and execution of advanced programs, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of military aviation technology. • Avionics: Focused on delivering cutting-edge and environmentally sustainable avionics, this division excels in a wide range of applications. Covering everything from commercial and business jets to helicopters, military aircraft, and UAVs, it is known for enhancing the performance and efficiency of aircraft and crew through its commitment to lifelong support and a standards-based open architecture approach. • Electrical Power: This division provides electrical management solutions across military and civilian platforms, encompassing power generation, distribution, and conversion. With a focus on electric power integration for next-generation production, it plays a key role in advancing electrical systems for all major aircraft OEMs and operators, supported by comprehensive testing facilities and capabilities.
