About The Position

As an Integrated Supply Chain Analytics Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven insights and analytics to optimize operational efficiency and improve decision-making within the Integrated Supply Chain (ISC) organization. Your leadership will be essential in developing and implementing data analytics strategies that support continuous improvement and enhance overall supply chain performance. You will report directly to our Director Date Analytics, and you’ll work out of our Phoenix, AZ location on a Hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the ISC organization by leveraging data analytics to identify business challenges and develop analytical solutions that drive cost savings and improve customer satisfaction. Your ability to translate complex data into actionable insights will be key in ensuring data integrity and accuracy.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and programming languages (e.g., Python, R, SQL).
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status or have the ability to obtain an export authorization.

• Experience in supply chain analytics or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of a comprehensive data strategy for the Integrated Supply Chain organization, including data collection, storage, and maintenance.
• Utilize statistical and data analysis techniques to extract meaningful insights from supply chain data, providing actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with various teams, including procurement, logistics, production, and finance, to align supply chain analytics with overall business goals.
