About The Position

We are Envisionit, an award-winning digital marketing agency based in Chicago. We specialize in crafting integrated marketing programs for clients in the Fintech and consumer sectors. Our focus is on performance lead generation, demand generation optimizations, and ensuring that landing pages convert effectively. We are seeking a results-driven Integrated Strategist to lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies. This role requires a blend of analytical prowess, creative thinking, and a deep understanding of various marketing channels to drive measurable outcomes.

Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience leading integrated strategy within digital marketing (i.e. paid media, organic media, web, email).
• The ability to identify and leverage the appropriate marketing levers that drive campaign performance, based on real-time data analysis.
• A master storyteller with excellent communication and presentation skills.
• A big picture thinker with a growth mindset - and a track record for being a master problem-solver for B2B clients.
• A curious mind that stays on top of marketing and industry trends to help our clients evolve.
• A self-starter with innate energy and desire to 'go'; you don't need a lot of direction to start moving.
• A passion and understanding for marketing performance metrics and the ability to see the insights within the data.
• The capability to manage several clients and projects simultaneously with a focus on results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that align with client objectives, focusing on lead generation and ROI.
• Work closely with SEO, paid media, creative, and analytics teams to ensure cohesive campaign execution and continuous optimization.
• Leverage data to monitor campaign performance against client goals and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Ensure that landing pages are optimized for conversion, employing A/B testing and other CRO techniques.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategy development.
