About The Position

InfiNet Solutions is seeking a seasoned IS Team Lead to guide our Integration & Solutions (IS) Team — the group responsible for complex client solutions, VoIP implementations, and internal systems that power our operations. This role sits at the intersection of leadership, technology, and delivery. You’ll manage highly skilled engineers and integrators, oversee project execution, maintain infrastructure reliability, and ensure our technical standards remain best in class. We’re looking for someone who can balance strategic oversight with hands-on accountability — a leader who inspires confidence in both their team and the clients who depend on them.

Requirements

  • Proven leadership experience managing IT or systems engineering teams.
  • Strong background in infrastructure, VoIP systems, and technical project management.
  • Strategic mindset with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to balance technical depth with organizational leadership.
  • Familiarity with security and compliance best practices within an MSP environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a team of Client Solutions Engineers and Systems Integrators.
  • Foster a culture built on collaboration, technical excellence, and ownership.
  • Set clear expectations, provide coaching, and champion continuous improvement.
  • Direct the execution of IT projects, ensuring on-time, in-scope, and on-budget completion.
  • Allocate resources effectively across the IS Team to support multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Monitor performance, mitigate risks, and maintain transparent communication with leadership and stakeholders.
  • Oversee VoIP deployments and system integrations, ensuring reliability and seamless performance for client environments.
  • Maintain standards for design, implementation, and documentation.
  • Manage and continuously improve InfiNet’s internal IT systems.
  • Oversee upgrades, patching, and maintenance to ensure secure and efficient operations.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen system reliability and performance.
  • Serve as an expert escalation point for complex issues.
  • Ensure timely resolution and promote detailed documentation for future reference.
  • Uphold cybersecurity and compliance best practices across all projects and systems.
  • Ensure processes align with data protection standards and industry regulations.
  • Track and report on key metrics such as project delivery, system health, and team utilization.
  • Identify trends, anticipate challenges, and drive operational improvements.
