About The Position

The Integrated Solutions Manager is responsible for driving seamless execution of client initiatives through strategic partnership, cross-functional collaboration, and proactive communication. Acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, this role ensures alignment of business objectives with marketing solutions that deliver measurable value.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field preferred or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years in account management, project management or marketing solutions role.
  • Client-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where strategy meets execution.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships with professionalism and strategic insight.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with creative, operational, and technical teams.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and deliver innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee end-to-end execution of client projects, from concepting through invoicing and analysis.
  • Track budgets, timelines, and scope to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of project details, communications, and reporting.
  • Serve as a main point of contact for assigned clients, building and maintaining strong, trusted relationships.
  • Partner with clients to understand their business objectives, marketing goals, and challenges.
  • Proactively communicate project updates, deliverables, and performance insights.
  • Collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to develop integrated marketing strategies and solutions.
  • Translate client objectives into actionable project plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and accountability.
  • Provide strategic recommendations to enhance client outcomes and strengthen partnerships.
  • Coordinate across internal departments—including creative, production, operations, and analytics—to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Facilitate collaboration and communication between teams to eliminate silos and drive efficiency.
  • Anticipate potential challenges and proactively problem-solve to maintain project momentum.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, communication, and overall client experience.
  • Stay current on industry trends, client verticals, and competitive landscape to inform recommendations.
