Responsible for the development, administration and management of all aspects of unique systems required by various campus departments, including design, procurement and implementation. Serves as subject matter expert on assigned system(s) and lead the team by sharing expertise, ensuring policies and procedures are followed, assigning projects and balancing the team's workload. and has customer service responsibility for ensuring timely, accurate and complete delivery of the team's projects. Campus Security Authority: This position is identified as a "Campus Security Authority (CSA)" per the federal law known as the Clery Act. Per this law, the employee is required to report any crimes that they become aware of to the Clery Compliance Officer. Additionally, CSAs are required to complete annual training prescribed by the Clery Compliance Officer. This position is not eligible for VISA Sponsorship. Functions as advisor to unit and administration and sets goals and objectives for team members for achievement of operational results. Interprets policies (e.g., fiscal management, HR, contracts and grants, resource management in defined areas) and demonstrates solid subject matter knowledge. Exercises judgment within defined procedures and policies to determine appropriate action. Supervises staff to assure accountability and stewardship of campus resources (operational, financial and human) in compliance with departmental goals and objectives.
