We have an immediate opportunity for a level 3 Program Planner to join our mission on the FBM. Do you dream to be a difference maker? As our Program Planner, you will support the Program Planning organization through providing functional support of the Reentry Organization in support of program execution planning activities and long term planning for the future. To be successful, you must have a strong background in program planning as it relates to the development and management of the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and its alignment with industry standards for program performance management compliance. This position will be worked out of Englewood, CO .

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a program planning capacity and a total of at least 6 years of professional experience
  • Experience with planning/ scheduling tools (e.g. MS Project, Open Plan, P6, etc.) including resource loading labor hours
  • Planning/ scheduling experience on programs requiring EVMS
  • Experience developing the Integrated Management Plan / Integrated Master Schedule (IMP/IMS)
  • Must be able to travel up to 15%
  • US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret government security clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret clearance prior to start preferred with an active Top Secret security clearance prior to start highly preferred
  • Open Plan Professional and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with OnePager Pro or Milestones Pro
  • Some experience with Data-Driven Metric compliance requirements and surveillance
  • Some experience in the application of integrated cost/ schedule techniques
  • Strong influencing and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of an integrated team
  • Ability to compile, prepare, and present information to management and customers and communicate and work effectively across multiple disciplines
  • Strong sense of follow-up and closure with strict attention to detail and quality

Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for updating an IMP and creating future fiscal year IMS’s
  • Ensure EIA-748 guidelines are followed regarding schedule
  • Actively maintain cost, schedule, and technical accuracy by regularly coordinating with the cost team, CAM, and technical team
  • Update the schedule monthly and ensure data analysis is completed and provided to management.
  • Work with co-contractors to support the Navy's vision for Reentry vehicles
