This position is for the Aeronautics 1LMX Program Planning & Integration (PP&I) team and will report to the Aeronautics 1LMX PPI Manager as part of the Central PPI team. This role is responsible for Program Planning on the 1LMX Program inclusive of cross Enterprise project management coordination. The candidate will be tasked with the development and maintenance of schedules using Deltek Open Plan Professional (OPP) and Microsoft Project. Additionally, the candidate will integrate and assess schedule impacts of proposed work on both existing and future plans. A key aspect of this role involves developing and refining knowledge of Critical Path Methodology and Earned Value Management (EVM). The position requires interaction across various program functional organizations such as engineering, procurement, contracts, business management, production, and quality control. The candidate will actively participate in evaluating program and project planning and scheduling products and practices, playing a crucial role in remediation activities upon identifying gaps.
