Click here to learn more about FBM Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL has an immediate opportunity for a level 1 Program Planner to join our mission. As our Program Planner, you will be responsible for supporting Weapons System Infrastructure and Capabilities Project Managers in developing and maintaining comprehensive Military Construction schedules and supporting the FBM Capability Definition and Solutions PMs to develop program plans and schedules.

Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
  • Experiences developing and delivering presentations
  • Must be a US Citizen and have the ability to obtain a security clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Active Secret security clearance.
  • Experience analyzing data.
  • Familiarity with a scheduling tool such as MS Project or Open Plan Professional.
  • Customer service experience.
  • Presentation experience.
  • Familiarity with formulas, macros, pivot tables in excel.
  • Familiarity with Tableau.
  • Demonstrated critical thinking and problem solving abilities
  • Experiences achieving team-oriented objectives

Responsibilities

  • Supporting the preparation, execution, and maintenance of new or existing planning products
  • Developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)
  • Identifying Critical/Driving Paths, performing probabilistic/deterministic risk analysis, and developing corrective actions
  • Provide the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data, and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts
