The Integrated Payments Lead is responsible for driving adoption and sales of Blackbaud’s payment solutions, including both donation-based payments and vendor payment products. This role orchestrates a best-in-class customer experience from pre-sales through go-live, ensuring clients are onboarded, trained, and quickly adopting both products. As a key member of the Payments Team, you will work with existing customers and identify new opportunities within assigned territories, serving as a trusted advisor to help organizations maximize the value of their payment solutions. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Software Sales, Customer Success, Professional Services, Support, Product, and Engineering teams to deliver a seamless, connected experience. The Integrated Payments Lead will also contribute to product evolution by collecting customer feedback, ideating improvements, and refining sales and onboarding processes.
