About The Position

At St. Luke’s, our dedicated team of Behavioral Health professionals strive to build a positive, supportive, and inclusive culture that delivers exceptional patient experiences. This mental health therapist position is located at Capital City Family Medicine. It will function as a core member of the Primary Care team and practice integrated behavioral health, including warm handoffs, crisis response, consultation, and evidence-based therapy. This role is responsible for coordinating and supporting mental health care within the clinic and for coordiating referrals to clinically indicated services outside the clinic. Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy or related field
  • American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider certification
  • Hold a License in the State of Practice in one of the following: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Masters Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (LAMFT) Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
