We are recruiting for the following position: Sea Mar is a mandatory COVID-19 and flu vaccine organization Full-time Integrated Mental Health Therapist position is available forour Behavioral Health clinic in Bellevue, WA. Be at the forefront ofa changing paradigm within health care delivery! This full-timeposition is part of an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilitiesinclude assessment, brief intervention and consultations with primarycare, patient-centered health action plans, care coordination and caretransitions with adults, youth, and families. You will be part of ateam that will work toward better health outcomes by applyingevidence-based practices. This is a dynamic program oriented towardhealthcare transformation.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Human Services, Health Sciences, or relatedfield.
- Licensed as a mental health therapist preferred.
