About The Position

Sea Mar's network of services includes more than 90 medical, dental, and behavioral health clinics and a wide variety of nutritional, social, and educational services. Full-time Mental Health Therapist position available for our Behavioral Health Department in Vancouver Fourth plain. This is a FT position on an interdisciplinary team. Responsibilities include assessment, brief intervention counseling, consultations with primary care, patient-centered care plans, care coordination. You will be part of a team that will work toward better health outcomes by applying evidence based practices. This is a dynamic program oriented toward health care transformation.

Requirements

Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in psychology, counseling, or social work which includes coursework in psychological assessment.
At a minimum should meet WAC requirements for the designation of Mental Health Professional, be licensed or have an associate’s license.
Must be comfortable working with computers, Microsoft Office and other software.

Nice To Haves

Experience with mental health evaluation of children and experience with evidence-based models of treatment is a plus.
Bilingual in English/Spanish highly desirable.
