About The Position

Adcom is looking for a Digital Media Coordinator to join our Integrated Media team in our Cleveland Flats office. This is the perfect "entry-to-mid" level role for a motivated professional with 1–2 years of experience who is obsessed with the "how" behind digital advertising. Sound good so far? As a Digital Media Coordinator, you are the supporting force behind our digital team’s success. You will dive into the daily details of the digital workflow, assisting with everything from campaign set-up and trafficking to performance tracking and final reconciliation. This is an immersive "hands-on-keyboard" role where you will learn the fundamentals of buying across social platforms, search engines, and display networks while ensuring every detail is executed with precision. Nice To Haves

  • Experience/expertise in buying platforms like Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and Campaign Manager 360 a plus
  • Experience/expertise of web analytics and marketing tech tools, including Google Analytics 4 a plus
  • Experience with SBMS, Strata, Advantage Media and/or similar agency buying tools a plus
  • Experience with Strata, Advantage Media and/or similar agency buying tools a plus
  • Digital platform certifications a plus

Responsibilities

  • Support the "hands-on-keyboard" activation across all major digital channels, including Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, et al.), Programmatic (Display, Video, CTV/OTT, Audio, et al.), and Paid Search (Google, Bing).
  • Develop deep technical proficiency in Demand Side Platforms (DSPs), social ad managers, and emerging retail media networks (e.g., Amazon, Walmart Connect).
  • Conduct daily pacing checks to ensure client budgets are being spent efficiently and campaigns are hitting their defined KPIs.
  • Assist in the RFP process by organizing vendor proposals and maintaining strong relationships with our media partners.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop learning agendas and test plans (A/B testing) that drive innovation across all paid channels.
  • Aggregate data from various platforms to build performance reports that tell a compelling story about client ROI.
  • Actively manage and optimize campaigns daily: adjusting bids, audiences, and creative headlines to maximize performance and hit strict KPI/ROI objectives.
  • Manage campaign reconciliation and billing.
  • Stay at the forefront of the industry by integrating emerging trends into daily workflows.
  • Acts as steward of client budgets, with impeccable professional standards.
