About The Position

The Integrated Master Scheduler at CACI plays a crucial role in supporting the Value Performance Management Center of Excellence (VPMC) by developing and maintaining a comprehensive Microsoft Project (MSP) resource-loaded schedule. This position is integral to ensuring compliance with EIA-748 Earned Value Management System (EVMS) standards and involves creating an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) based on the Contract Work Breakdown Structure. The scheduler will advise the Project Control and Engineering Team on detailed project planning and scope development, particularly for engineering and Agile software development programs. In this role, the Integrated Master Scheduler will develop achievable master schedules that highlight critical paths for project, program, and contractual milestones. They will conduct Schedule Risk Assessments (SRA) to evaluate the probability of schedule achievability and prepare project and program status reports based on current and forecast schedules. The scheduler will also implement and maintain schedule change control, ensuring that the contract WBS is updated and current. The position requires familiarity with integrating subcontractors into the IMS and conducting weekly IMS reviews with the program team. The scheduler will process monthly project accounting and schedule performance data for EVMS and cost management reporting, prepare trend analysis to identify problem areas, and submit recommendations for corrective actions. Additionally, they will perform project management functions, including analyzing requirements, evaluating EVM performance, and establishing project schedule policies. The Integrated Master Scheduler will actively monitor contract performance metrics and provide independent assessments of performance issues to upper management based on EVM metrics analysis. This role is a matrixed position, meaning the scheduler may support multiple contracts and will be expected to develop scheduling status reports and regular schedule deliverables for Program Management meetings. They will also assist in determining the critical path of the program based on schedule progress and established task dependencies, ensuring that all scheduling artifacts and program documentation are maintained accurately.
