Job Details Job Location: MD 15 - Aberdeen Proving Grounds, MD Position Type: Full Time Education Level: 4 Year Degree Salary Range: $100000.00 - $112500.00 Salary/year Job Category: Purchasing - Procurement Description We're looking for a highly skilled Integrated Master Scheduler IV to join our team as a contractor under the Joint Project Manager Chemical, Biological, Radiological, and Nuclear (CBRN) (JPM CBRN) Sensors, located at Aberdeen Proving Ground - South in Edgewood, MD (formerly known as Edgewood Arsenal). The ideal candidate will be a key player in managing the Chemical Detection & Mobile Analytics (CDMA) program's master schedule, ensuring alignment with various program elements like the work breakdown structure, cost estimation, and budget data. You'll lead working groups, analyze schedule variances, and provide critical insights to program leadership. This role is vital for ensuring project success and compliance with important financial and acquisition guidance. A Secret security clearance is required for this position. Review and Update Schedules: Review cost estimates using the Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT) and update the Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) with new tasks. Create and Maintain an IMS: Develop and maintain a resource-loaded IMS that tracks major activities and helps create project spend plans. Ensure Compliance: Verify that acquisition strategies and financial plans align with Better Buying Power and Will Cost guidance. Conduct Earned Value Analysis: Perform earned value management analysis to support Systems and Product Managers. Analyze Data: Evaluate data from various software tools, including ACEIT, Joint Analysis of Cost and Schedule (JACS), Risk Recon, and Microsoft Project. Lead Meetings and Reviews: Organize IMS execution reviews and lead the IMS Working Integrated Product Team (WIPT) to gather monthly status reports and provide schedule variance analysis. Participate in Team Meetings: Attend and participate in Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Integrated Product Reviews (IPRs), ensuring teams are aware of deadlines and assignments. Manage Program Information: Maintain program files, track program execution and milestones, and provide input for milestone decisions and program updates. Qualifications A four-year degree in business, science, a technical field, or a related discipline is required. Administrative, automation and organizational skills Must possess at least six years of experience in acquisition lifecycle activities or management. Must be proficient with the Microsoft Suite, including Project, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel. Must be able to use and evaluate data from specific software, including Automated Cost Estimating Integrated Tool (ACEIT), Joint Analysis of Cost and Schedule (JACS), Risk Recon, and Microsoft Project.
