Reporting to the Sr. Integrated Marketing Manager, the Integrated Marketing Specialist will support the team in the development, execution, and continuous refinement of the content and promotional process across all of our channels. In this role you will work with partners across the organization to understand the customer marketing strategy and how to leverage customer journey segmentation, lifecycle strategies, and promotional tactics in order to modify customer behaviors through multiple communication channels with a vision to drive increased customer engagement and order frequency. This position supports the planning, implementation, and refinement of processes including, but not limited to creative briefs, promotion set-up, audience selection, content, and promotional planning. This position will work cross-functionally (marketing, merchandising, category management, etc.) to incorporate relevant content for all communications. This position will work with channel owners to ensure the effective execution of the customer contact strategy.
