About The Position

Responsible for supporting the marketing team in executing campaigns and initiatives to enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. This role involves planning marketing activities, managing schedules, and assisting with lite content creation. Responsible for supporting the Integrated Marketing Manager and ensuring smooth delivery of marketing campaigns to our customers and business partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field.
• 4 - 6 years writing and marketing experience within the medical or healthcare industries, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and teamwork abilities.
• Excellent computer skills and software knowledge.
• Good product knowledge.
• Good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to complete responsibilities timely and accurately.
• Ability to work with little or no direct supervision.
• Ability to utilize generative AI tools to build efficiencies.

Responsibilities

• Plans on-site or off-site business unit programs and events.
• Supports event marketing, attendee registration and communications.
• Communicates with speakers and sponsors as appropriate.
• Ensures guests have an outstanding experience, reports on feedback and makes continual improvements.
• Schedules marketing projects via the project management system.
• Maintains department marketing calendar with complete views of show and event dates, ad deadlines, promotions development, etc.
• Ensures marketing materials are current on all internal and external platforms.
• Manages marketing leads to cleanse and grow the CRM database.
• Sources supporting materials as required which could include gifts, giveaways, etc.
• Ensures competitive pricing while making sure that vendors are providing quality products and meeting deadlines.
• Tracks and processes department invoices and works with the team to report how we are performing against budget.
• Supports content creation for various marketing materials which may include, but is not limited to, copy proofing/light editing, and cleaning-up PowerPoint presentations to align with brand standards.
• Assists with other departmental administrative tasks as needed.
• Utilizes AI-driven platforms to streamline program management, optimize resource allocation, and automate repetitive tasks.
