We are looking for an ambitious and driven Senior Integrated Marketing Specialist to elevate our integrated marketing efforts for our Anti-Fraud Analytics area. As a member of the team, you will bring your experience to enhance our marketing strategies, support impactful campaigns, and contribute to the overall growth and success of our business unit solution area. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in marketing or related roles
  • Demonstrated success with developing and executing marketing strategy across multiple channels
  • Clear understanding of the digital marketing landscape: marketing automation; demand generation; personalization; sales enablement/effectiveness; attribution reporting; campaign management
  • Skilled at writing and socializing product-level documents: marketing plan, sales enablement plan, launch plan, solution handbook
  • Exceptional attention to detail with a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Successful track-record of cross-functional collaboration with teams, contributors, and stakeholders across multiple seniority levels
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics/metrics, with a track record of leveraging data in decision-making
  • Ability to rapidly prioritize and react to changing business needs and external market dynamics
  • Ability to work successfully in a hybrid environment with in-office expectations of two days per week

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and executing campaigns through various marketing channels including email marketing, digital content, web landing pages, online advertising, podcasts, video, advertising, social media, etc.
  • Collect data for campaign analysis
  • Assist in mapping out customer touchpoints and updating customer personas to ensure alignment in target audience engagement across different marketing channels/touchpoints
  • Implement product positioning and assist in competitive product assessments to ensure consistent and compelling messaging across various channels
  • Develop content outlines (blogs, articles, etc.) and engage with subject matter experts to gather insights to inform compelling marketing content
  • Prepare sales materials including product brochures, videos, presentation, etc. and assist with product level sales training
  • Assist in the development of event strategies, including education and content plans for both company-hosted events and tradeshows
  • Assist in leading the establishment and collection of comprehensive marketing metrics and actively evaluating post-activity outcomes
  • Monitor and report on the performance of products in the market and communicate the results of related sales and marketing efforts
  • Compile market and competitor data for senior team members to analyze
  • Monitor emerging trends in the market and distill information into digestible read-outs
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment and success in achieving marketing objectives
