About The Position

Meta Horizon is a free mobile app you can experience right now with friends. Our vision is to build the next-generation social platform where billions of people play, socialize and spend time together. We’re seeking an Integrated Marketing Manager to support brand and performance marketing for Meta Horizon, driving top-of-funnel brand awareness through install with a rapid test-to-scale approach. This role blends mobile app growth marketing rigor with brand strategy fundamentals and marketing instincts. You will define actionable brand positioning, lead development of creative toolkits and performance creative, and partner tightly with Product Growth and channel owners to launch, learn, and scale what works. This role requires a candidate who can integrate analytical thinking, brand strategy, and storytelling to drive brand marketing performance in a high-growth business.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, and/or growth marketing for a consumer product
  • Demonstrated experience driving growth marketing for a mobile app and/or games business with measurable impact on top-of-funnel outcomes (e.g., awareness, installs, acquisition efficiency)
  • Practical experience in brand positioning, messaging and the production of highly executable outputs (toolkits, briefs, channel guidance)
  • Experience developing and iterating performance creative in partnership with growth/channel teams (concepting, testing, learning, scaling)
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills and a track record of operating independently as a single-threaded owner
  • Demonstrated understanding and active use of consumer AI products and technologies
  • Experience navigating and excelling in uncertain and ambiguous environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with UGC/creator ecosystems or social gaming platforms
  • Experience in launching new products from 0 to 1
  • Live service marketing experience (content programming, moments, creator/influencer partnerships)
  • Experience building operating rhythms and systems that enable multiple teams to execute consistently at speed
  • Familiarity with Meta’s marketing channels and distribution ecosystem is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead large-scale go-to-market initiatives partnering with cross-functional teams (e.g. Product Marketing, Product Growth, Insights, Creative, Data Science, etc.)
  • Develop brand positioning and messaging frameworks that translate product value into clear, actionable creative strategy
  • Have a pulse on the mobile games landscape to identify opportunities for differentiation
  • Drive development of creative toolkits (narratives, messaging, asset guidelines, modular templates) to enable consistent execution across channels and teams
  • Partner with Product Growth, analytics, and channel owners to execute a rapid test-to-scale model, including performance creative strategy, learning agendas, iteration, and scaling decisions
  • Lead cross-functional alignment and execution across Product, Growth, Creative/Marcom, Social, Influencer/Creators, Comms, Lifecycle/CRM, and agency partners as needed
  • Apply insight to inform the brand’s participation in tentpole moments, creator-led initiatives, and programming, while maintaining a focus on measurable business impact
