Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing and advertising agencies with a minimum of 3 years in an integrated or campaign-focused role.
  • Proven success managing cross-channel campaigns across digital, social, email, paid media, and live events.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and customer journey mapping, along with excellent project management skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities tailored for executive-level engagement with adaptability to diverse cultural contexts.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, capable of adapting strategies based on market dynamics.

Responsibilities

  • Guide Integrated Campaign Strategy: Develop and execute marketing campaigns aligned with business goals across paid, owned, and earned channels.
  • Campaign Management: Own end-to-end planning and execution of integrated campaigns, overseeing from inception to post-campaign analysis.
  • Creative Excellence: Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to foster an environment that encourages innovative and impactful marketing.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure campaigns achieve maximum effectiveness.
