As the Integrated Marketing & Events Senior Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of high-impact events and experiential marketing initiatives that elevate brand presence and drive business growth. You will oversee trade shows, tentpole events, facility tours, and other activations, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales strategies. This role requires collaboration across cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, and Communications, to deliver integrated campaigns with measurable results. You will manage budgets, vendor relationships, and onsite logistics while inspiring your team to create engaging experiences. Your work will directly influence customer engagement, brand storytelling, and revenue impact, all within a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive events strategy aligned with marketing and sales objectives.
  • Lead planning, coordination, and execution of trade shows, facility tours, tentpole events, and special activations.
  • Manage event budgets, vendor contracts, and logistics to ensure smooth and successful execution.
  • Integrate events into multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, and PR.
  • Track and report event performance, using insights to optimize strategies and improve ROI.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging and maximize event impact.
  • Mentor and guide team members, fostering creativity, engagement, and professional growth.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety policies and maintain a safe work environment.
  • 7+ years of progressive experience in trade shows, event marketing, experiential brand management, or partnerships.
  • Leadership experience managing and mentoring teams in marketing or events.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans, manage mid-to-large-scale budgets, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to align cross-functional teams on shared goals.
  • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills.
  • Creative thinker with a strong eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, HubSpot, and project management tools such as Jira; knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to travel frequently as required.
