About The Position
The Integrated Maintenance Concept/Program (IMC/P) Coordinator/Logistics Analyst plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective scheduling and completion of Planned Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) to support mission availability objectives. This position requires maintaining operational communication with various stakeholders, including the Air Vehicle, Integrated Product Team (IPT), Field Support Team (FST), and HMX-1, to provide detailed planning oversight. The coordinator is responsible for proactive and efficient use of resources and materials, ensuring that all logistics elements are tailored and optimized to meet the needs of aircraft, training, or support equipment programs. In addition to scheduling, the coordinator manages unscheduled inspections and preventive maintenance for aircraft, engines, and assigned materials. This role involves supporting the FST with reliability and maintainability data, determining resource requirements for various Logistics Support Products throughout the aircraft's lifecycle. The coordinator also conducts comprehensive analyses related to maintenance, supply, reliability, and cost data, providing recommendations for maintenance concepts and sustainment strategies. This may include evaluating Engineering Change Proposals (ECPs) and other technical data to ensure that the PMI specifications are met and optimized. The position requires a strong background in aircraft systems, hardware, and software, as well as experience in configuration control, test and evaluation, and systems integration. The coordinator must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with large and diverse teams, providing guidance and direction in program management, systems engineering, and financial management. Additionally, personnel released from Military Service must have an Honorable Discharge, and candidates should have recent experience with Rotary Wing Aircraft.
