The Integrated Maintenance Concept/Program (IMC/P) Coordinator at Amentum plays a crucial role in ensuring the effective scheduling and completion of Planned Maintenance Inspections (PMIs) to support mission availability objectives. This position serves as the focal point for operational communication with various stakeholders, including the Air Vehicle, Integrated Product Team (IPT), Fleet Support Team (FST), and HMX-1, among others. The coordinator is responsible for providing detailed planning oversight to ensure the proactive and efficient use of resources and materials. This includes managing unscheduled inspections and preventive maintenance of aircraft, engines, and assigned materials, thereby ensuring that all maintenance activities align with operational requirements. In addition to scheduling and oversight, the IMC/P Coordinator supports comprehensive analyses across the full spectrum of design interface and maintenance planning. This involves making recommendations for tailoring, optimizing, and establishing logistics element requirements in support of aircraft, training, or support equipment (SE) programs. The coordinator also provides support for reliability and maintainability data, as well as resource requirements determination for various Logistics Support Products throughout the lifecycle of the aircraft, system, or equipment. Furthermore, the role includes conducting operational analyses that encompass maintenance, supply, reliability, and cost data, and providing recommendations for maintenance concepts and sustainment strategies that may involve changes to PMI specifications. The IMC/P Coordinator is expected to have a strong background in aircraft systems, hardware, and software, as well as experience in configuration control, test and evaluation, systems integration, and systems supportability. The position requires the ability to work effectively with large and diverse teams, providing guidance and direction in all areas of contracted effort, including program management, systems engineering, major system acquisitions, and financial management. The role also necessitates experience in supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Integrated Test Teams (ITTs).
