About The Position

The Integrated Logistics Support Manager (ILSM) at BAE Systems Platforms and Services is responsible for leading the logistics requirements for the M88 Program. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure effective logistics planning and execution, monitoring sustainment efforts, and providing guidance on logistics scope and requirements. The ILSM will also oversee the technical quality of sustainment logistics products and lead a team to ensure timely and budget-compliant execution of logistics plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience working across multiple Program IPTs and multiple Functional areas simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of Mil-Std 40051-1/2, Mil-HDBK 1222, Mil-Std 1388B, and GEIA-STD 0007; how they relate to Log Product development.
  • Understanding of Provisioning; Source, Maintenance, and Recoverability codes (SMR); and Repair Parts & Special Tools List (RPSTL).
  • Understanding of Maintenance Allocation Charts (MAC), Maintenance functions, and how MACs are generated.
  • Understanding of Two Level Maintenance (TLM) philosophy.
  • Ability to research, read, and understand Engineering/Technical Drawings.
  • Ability to coordinate program/project action items, tasks, and teams to deliver on customer needs.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Project Management principles.
  • Experience in Military Maintenance/Logistics.
  • Experience in supporting Logistics Events (Logistics Demonstrations, Verifications, etc.).
  • Experience in managing sub-contractors and external partners (Domestic and International).
  • Experience in Content Management Systems (CMS), SLIC Wave database, Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

  • Work with a team of internal and external stakeholders to determine Logistics scope and plan.
  • Track sustainment efforts across M88 FOV.
  • Ensure platform Field and Sustainment plans/concepts are sound between applicable levels.
  • Advise on programs, applying knowledge of depot maintenance, Log products (NMWRs and DMWRs), and lessons learned.
  • Monitor program actions and events to improve the technical quality of the Sustainment Logistics products.
  • Attend and/or facilitate internal and external meetings to discuss and provide input/guidance/action items regarding ILS scope.
  • Track and report outcomes of meetings and decisions.
  • Lead the team of Product Leads to ensure the ILS plans and requirements are executed efficiently, on time, and completed within budget.
  • Identify and escalate Risks identified which could hinder successful completion of requirements.
