Why Our Therapists Matter As an Integrated Care Therapist, you bring mental health care directly to clients who might otherwise struggle to access it. You will work with children experiencing Severe Emotional Disturbance (SED) and adults living with Severe and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI), often providing services in clients’ homes or community settings. This role removes barriers, builds trust, and helps people make meaningful progress in their daily lives. What You’ll Be Doing: Provide trauma-informed therapy services in clients’ homes and community settings Develop and maintain individualized treatment plans that align with client goals Educate and support clients and families by connecting them to mental health resources Coordinate care with community agencies and interdisciplinary treatment teams Maintain licensure requirements through ongoing training and supervision Travel within the community to deliver services, with mileage and time fully compensated Compensation and Benefits We value your expertise and the work you do in the community.
