About The Position
The Integrated Care Operations Manager plays a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of MassHealth's integrated care delivery systems, including One Care, PACE, and SCO. Reporting to the Special Projects and Operations Manager, this position is responsible for operational correspondence, reporting, and supporting policy initiatives within the Integrated Care program. The manager will coordinate projects, resolve member enrollment issues, and enhance operational efficiency while advocating for the best outcomes for members.
