At UNC Health Pardee, we are committed to delivering whole-person, integrated care that meets patients where they are. The Integrated Behavioral Health Clinician is embedded in a primary care setting, serving as a key member of the medical team to address behavioral health needs in real time. This clinician provides brief, evidence-based interventions and short-term therapy to appropriate patients within the primary care clinic, while also coordinating care and connecting patients to additional resources when longer-term or specialty services are needed. Clinicians in this role work side-by-side with primary care providers, nurses, and other team members to support timely access to behavioral health care. The position is well-suited for clinicians who are flexible, collaborative, and skilled in providing targeted, solution-focused care in a fast-paced medical environment. This is more than a therapy role-it's an opportunity to shape how behavioral health is delivered in the medical home, improving outcomes for patients and families across our community.
