This is a combined posting for an Social Worker LCSW, Professional Counselor, Licensed Professional Counselor, Mental Health Therapist LMFT and Social Worker MSW. The Social Worker, LICSW will function as a core member of a multidisciplinary team and communicate patient's health care needs with primary care, behavioral health services, health care facilities and/or payers. Acts as an advocate and helps patient gain access to resources while confronting their personal issues, such as mental illness, addiction, and abuse. The Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor Associate) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Licensed Professional Counselor (Mental Health Counselor) will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT practices in a treatment setting under clinical supervision and is dedicated to evaluation, diagnosis and treatment of psychiatric and substance use disorders. The Mental Health Therapist LMFT will collaborate with patient/support system to evaluate and diagnose patients. Provides comprehensive biopsychosocial/spiritual assessment, diagnosis and/or treatment/interventions/advocacy of patients and their support systems. The Social Worker incorporates concepts and theories associated with life span development, neurobiology, and behavioral change. The Social Worker will collaborate with the patient and support system to develop and implement evidence-informed person-centered care plans across the care continuum in collaboration with the Inter-Multi-Disciplinary Team (IDT).

Requirements

  • Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW) for Social Worker LCSW.
  • Washington Clinical Independent Social Worker License or Temporary License upon hire for Social Worker LCSW.
  • 2 years in the field or in a related area for Social Worker LCSW.
  • Master's Degree in counseling or related field for Professional Counselor.
  • Washington Mental Health Counselor Associate License upon hire for Professional Counselor.
  • Master's Degree in Counseling, Counseling Psychology or related field for Licensed Professional Counselor.
  • Washington Mental Health Counselor License upon hire for Licensed Professional Counselor.
  • Master's Degree in Family therapy for Mental Health Therapist LMFT.
  • Washington Marriage and Family Therapist License upon hire for Mental Health Therapist LMFT.

Nice To Haves

  • 2 years of Ambulatory clinic or hospital experience for Social Worker LCSW.
  • 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting for Professional Counselor.
  • Additional experience in substance use treatment setting for Professional Counselor.
  • 2 years of related experience for Licensed Professional Counselor.
  • 1 year of Master's level practicum in a behavioral health setting for Licensed Professional Counselor.
  • 2 years of Hospital experience for Social Worker MSW.

Responsibilities
