The Integrated Automation Analyst at Dartmouth College plays a crucial role in supporting the Integrated Automation Program by analyzing data related to energy consumption and management systems. This position involves producing draft annual utility consumption forecasts, both short and long term, and providing periodic updates to estimate campus energy use. The analyst will present this data to various teams within Campus Services, including financial, operational, and engineering teams, to facilitate informed decision-making and action. In addition to forecasting, the analyst will be responsible for identifying operating issues through data analysis and collaborating with internal Facilities Operations and Management (FOM) teams to address these issues. This includes performing health checks on campus energy management systems to ensure data quality and reliability. The role also involves assisting in the uploading of monthly utility bill data to the Oracle Financial system, cross-checking results prior to financial posting, and preparing monthly utility bills for approximately 125 campus buildings. The Integrated Automation Analyst will compile and perform monthly database updates related to campus energy supply, production, and usage, reviewing data for anomalies. They will provide data and reports to stakeholders to support various initiatives, including tracking the results of Dartmouth's Decarbonization Program and validating project performance against energy models. The analyst will also develop new reports and dashboards to meet operational needs and assist end-users in accessing energy reports through the Campus Energy Management System (CEMS). Additionally, the role includes completing post-project LEED reporting requirements and assisting with the development and administration of the Integrated Automation Program.
