About The Position
People Incorporated Mental Health Services is seeking a full-time Mental Health Practitioner I or II to join our Integrated ARMHS team. This team provides direct mental health services that are rehabilitative and enables the recipient to develop enhanced psychiatric stability, social competencies, personal and emotional adjustment, community, and independent living skills when these abilities are impaired by symptoms of mental illness. People Incorporated Integrated ARMHS team provides Adult Rehabilitative Mental Health Services to individuals receiving services from People Incorporated Outpatient Mental Health Clinics, Targeted Case Management teams, and outreach teams. The Integrated ARMHS team additionally provides Transition to Community Living Services to individuals residing in People Incorporated IRTS programs. The ARMHS team emphasizes integrated care as part of our Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) which is designed to ensure access to comprehensive behavioral health care. Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Friday Business Hours. Some remote work, flexible schedule within daytime hours. Location: Hennepin & Ramsey Counties. Hiring Range: $22.00-$26.14/Hourly, depending on qualifications. Not based on billable hours. Hiring Bonus: External candidates eligible for $1,000 hiring bonus.
