About The Position
We are excited to bring on recent and upcoming college graduates to join our Claims Organization as Claims Specialist supporting Group Protection division. Positions start dates will align to May/June 2025 Graduates. The Claims Team will provide you training, mentoring, coaching and development to perform in this fast-paced Claims environment. Training will be led by one of our dedicated trainers in a classroom setting, along with a cohort of peers, and will provide you with foundational knowledge to assist you in excelling in a career with Lincoln Financial Group. As a Claims Specialist, you will serve as the primary point of contact for individuals who have a FMLA / Short-Term disability claims under a group policy. You will be responsible for serving as a subject matter expert and guiding them through the claims process using excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to create a positive experience. This opportunity will provide insight into the world of group insurance administration while gaining new skills through a defined career pathing and development program.
