About The Position
Odyssey House is seeking a full-time Intake Therapist to join our Admissions Team! Location: Salt Lake City, UT Transform Lives While Building Your Career! At Odyssey House, Utah's largest and most innovative treatment provider, we seek a passionate Intake Therapist to join our dynamic team. Our mission is "Empowering people to heal and build better lives" – and we mean it with all our hearts. Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually . Sign-on bonus: $10,000, paid upon hire and prorated if employment concludes before 18 months . Requirements
- Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
- Current state licensure or certification
- First Aid and CPR certification
- Experience with clinical assessments and evaluations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Nice To Haves
- ASAM criteria familiarity (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive client evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based clinical services
- Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and community resources
- Perform thorough mental health assessments and crisis intervention
- Work with state-of-the-art electronic medical record systems
