About The Position

Odyssey House is seeking a full-time Intake Therapist to join our Admissions Team! Location: Salt Lake City, UT Transform Lives While Building Your Career! Our mission is "Empowering people to heal and build better lives" – and we mean it with all our hearts. Compensation & Benefits Starting Salary: $70,000 - $75,000 annually . Sign-on bonus: $10,000, paid upon hire and prorated if employment concludes before 18 months . Requirements

  • Master's degree in social work, counseling, or a related field
  • Current state licensure or certification
  • First Aid and CPR certification
  • Experience with clinical assessments and evaluations
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • ASAM criteria familiarity (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive client evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans
  • Provide evidence-based clinical services
  • Coordinate care with healthcare professionals and community resources
  • Perform thorough mental health assessments and crisis intervention
  • Work with state-of-the-art electronic medical record systems
