About The Position
Rainwater, Holt & Sexton, PA of Little Rock, AR is looking to hire an after hours Outbound Intake Specialist to join us at our personal injury law office. As an Intake Specialist in our Intake department, you provide the first impression of our firm by being the first point of contact for all potential clients. By gathering information from the callers, you will use your critical thinking skills to determine prospective cases. This position resides in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment focusing on outbound calls, touching base with internet leads, following up with potential clients, and ensuring calls are appropriately followed through by the Attorneys. This position plays a vital role in providing new clients with excellent customer service.
