About The Position

Beltway Companies is searching for a Full-Time Intake Specialist to join our team! As the first step in our Service Departments, our Intake Specialists play a pivotal role in our Service Department, ensuring timely vehicle check-ins and communication between our customers and internal teams. POSITION OVERVIEW: Greet customers promptly, gather vehicle and customer info for repairs and invoicing Generate health reports upon vehicle arrivals for immediate insight into reported vehicle issues Accurately document vehicle issues, concerns, and maintenance needs Maintain customer relationships through a continuous positive attitude and attentiveness daily Assist with answering telephone calls when necessary Work closely with Accounting personnel regarding customer account changes, customer credits, and clearing the sublet accounts when necessary Maintain and file all necessary documentation required by the Service Department Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • A valid driver's license is required for this position
  • Team player with a strong sense of commitment to the customer and service team
  • Self motivated and have good written and verbal communication skills
  • Sensitive to customer needs and a good listener
  • Ability to conduct his/her-self in a professional manner

Responsibilities
