Responsibilities

  • Answer and manage incoming phone calls and emails, routing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
  • Support the client intake process, including gathering initial information and documenting case details.
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and manage attorneys' calendars.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including mail distribution, supply orders, and maintaining a welcoming reception area.
  • Provide basic administrative support to attorneys and paralegals, including preparing and transcribing legal documents when needed.
  • Handle additional support tasks as assigned to keep the office running smoothly.
