About The Position
The Intake Specialist for the Wisconsin Home Energy Assistance Program (WHEAP) is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing assistance to clients in need of energy assistance. This role involves direct interaction with clients to determine eligibility, process applications, and maintain client confidentiality while supporting the community through outreach and mobile intake services.
