Our 176-bed acute care facility is fully accredited and included a 16-bed residential treatment center for adult chemical dependency. We offer a broad range of behavioral health programs for children, adolescents and adults. The Intake Registered Nurse is responsible for coordination of assessments of incoming patients with Intake Patient Access Rep’s and Intake Assessors, coordinates Doctor's assessments and initiates the Admission process. The Intake Registered Nurse provides technical assistance to the discharge planning process, under the direction of the Director of Intake Services. Requirements

Education Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing either through ADN, Diploma or BSN Program.
Licensure and certification Required: Current Texas State Registered Nurse licensure. CPR and hospital de-escalation certifications.
Experience Required: None.
