The Intake Manager is responsible for the overall leadership of the Intake Team, this includes but is not limited to interviewing, hiring, and training new employees, planning, directing, overseeing and leading the work of the Intake staff, as well as implementing strategies and suggestions from the Program Director or Senior Program Director. The Manager has a large focus on an employee-oriented department that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, key employee retention and development, and high performance.
