About The Position
The Intake & Engagement Coordinator role is part of the Behavioral Health team that supports ETS' mission through onboarding and engagement of individuals seeking services. This role makes a critical difference at ETS by facilitating the intake process, ensuring a smooth transition into services, maintaining high levels of participation during the first 90 days of care, and engaging those identified needing continued stabilization. The role requires close collaboration with referral sources and internal teams to link individuals to the appropriate services, such as case management, counseling, medical services, and other support, and includes ongoing follow-up to ensure sustained participation.
