About The Position
This position is responsible for completing intake requirements for incoming Rimrock Outpatient, Inpatient and Residential SUD clients. Serve as primary point of contact for patients, family members and community members inquiring about services offered by Rimrock. Assure adherence to state statutes and rules, CARF standards, and federal regulations including HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2, and Rimrock’s policies and procedures. Positively represents the organization and promotes Rimrock’s mission to the community.
