About The Position

Requirements

• Bilingual proficiency in English and another language.
• Proven customer service experience, preferably in a medical office setting.
• Experience in sales and marketing to support organizational goals.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access).
• Ability to work Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility for evenings and occasional Saturdays.
• Strong phone personality and ability to listen and support clients.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a medical practice or psychiatry practice (1 year preferred).
• Ability to generate reports and visual trendlines using data.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
• Manage patient intake processes, including scheduling appointments and verifying insurance information.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth operations and enhance patient experience.
• Utilize EMR systems to document patient interactions and manage data efficiently.
• Assist in marketing efforts to promote services and attract new patients.
• Use Microsoft Office Access and Excel skills to generate reports and visual trendlines.
• Make recommendations to management regarding client needs and office operations.
