Requirements

  • Strong multitasking and organizational skills
  • Clear, compassionate communication
  • EMR/EHR systems experience (preferred, not required)
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Valid Driver’s License required
  • 1+ year experience in medical office, healthcare administration, receptionist, patient services, or customer service preferred
  • Most importantly: a heart for serving your community.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism
  • Appointment scheduling and calendar coordination
  • Insurance verification and eligibility checks
  • Electronic Medical Records (EMR) data entry
  • Front desk customer service
  • Answering multi-line phones
  • Assisting with billing inquiries
  • Coordinating care across medical, dental, behavioral health & pharmacy
