Your Role in Our Mission As an Intake Coordinator , you play a key role in ensuring individuals experience a smooth, supportive, and timely entry into services. Your work will focus on coordinating and overseeing the intake process, from initial screening to successful referral and follow-up. You will engage with individuals in a variety of settings — including homes, hospitals, shelters, and community locations — and collaborate closely with internal programs and external partners to ensure individuals are connected to the appropriate level of care. Compensation & Benefits We offer a competitive compensation package ($42,000-$45,000 annually DOE) and comprehensive benefits for benefits-eligible positions, including: Generous paid time off and paid holidays Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Life and Disability Insurance (company paid) 403(b) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program and legal services support Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) qualifying employer What We’re Looking For Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution (human services preferred) and Qualified Professional (QP) status required Experience providing case management services with knowledge of DSM-V diagnoses, service options, and community resources Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Demonstrated ethical standards with no substantiated findings on the NC Healthcare Registry Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and ability to travel as required Ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings/weekends) Note: Spanish-speaking candidates encouraged to apply!
