About The Position

Are you passionate about helping individuals access care and begin their journey toward improved well-being? Center for Family Services of Palm Beach County is seeking a part-time Intake Coordinator to support clients through the intake process, in an in-office setting. This role is essential in ensuring a welcoming, efficient, and accurate entry into services, working with both self-referred clients and community partners to connect individuals to appropriate programs.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in health, behavioral science, social services, or related field, preferred
Experience working with medical populations, children, families, or individuals receiving mental/behavioral health or social services, and/or nonprofit experience, preferred
Ability to engage clients during intake, respond appropriately in crisis situations, and communicate effectively with clients, families, and referral sources, preferred
Strong customer service skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor

Nice To Haves

Bilingual Spanish, preferred
Experience with insurance billing, preferred
