The intake coordinator is a self-motivated, task oriented and able to operate in a busy and fast paced environment. A Team player that has the willingness to learn new processes and tasks, in a customer service world. This position is responsible for working with the intake team and individually reviewing, processing and inputting pt referrals into our provided software. Customer service, communication and multi-tasking are a big part of this position, as you may be required to make phone calls for updates or request to patients or referral sources.
