Requirements

• Education: High School Diploma Required
• Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a human service, social service, psychiatric, or mental health setting, performing administrative duties, telephonic triage and inquiries, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient and effective calling processing to coordinate patient admissions
• Scheduling PHP assessments via MS4 and Outlook Calendars
• Ensure verification of insurance eligibility and benefits
• Update the bed board
• Ensure thorough communications with other admissions department staff
