HealthRIGHT 360, a family of programs, operates in 11 counties throughout California. Offering a comprehensive range of medical and behavioral health services, HealthRIGHT 360 serves marginalized communities, including primary care, mental health support, detoxification, residential and outpatient substance use disorder treatment, and transitional services tailored to individuals involved in the criminal justice system. North County Serenity House (NCSH), a residential program of HealthRIGHT 360, was founded in 1966 to provide substance use disorder services in the community. NCSH provides a gender-responsive and trauma-informed environment, using evidence-based and best practices that recognize and account for the role that trauma frequently plays in substance use and criminal histories of women. For clients with co-occurring mental illness, we provide integrated substance use and mental health services which treat both conditions as primary. Our residential facility serves up to 120 women (with capacity for up to 20 children under 5 years of age) seeking recovery from substance use disorders The Intake Coordinator I is responsible for the initial assessment of candidates to determine medical necessity, completion of program admission forms, ASAM assessment, and urgent referrals regarding medical and mental health needs. The Intake Coordinator I works in conjunction with the intake team to provide a warm hand off to the client’s treatment team, assuring new clients are stabilized, and urgent needs have been addressed. The Intake Coordinator I will work closely with Counselors, Case Managers, Therapists, and other team members to coordinate and monitor client issues. In addition, Intake Coordinator I provides individual and group counseling, psycho-education, relapse prevention, harm reduction, crisis intervention, and case management.
